I was tricked into thinking I was paying for a one time usage. To my surprise a monthly charge occurred. My mistake for only noticing it 6 months in. However… when I emailed them to cancel it, they said they did not recognize my email/account and if I send them the “first 10 digits and last 4 digits of my credit card” they could check. Ummmmm no. I want a refund for the last 6 months and I am not giving you my card number.
