I have encountered the worst service at this department furniture store. After spending a significant amount, I faced numerous issues with furniture delivery, installation, and unfriendly staff. There seems to be no centralized accountability.
We've shopped at this location for decades and loved it until 2014. We've made significant purchases, but recently, a new credit company refused our application due to a missing photo ID. We chose to shop elsewhere and haven't looked back.
A representative in customer service was unprofessional and failed to follow up as promised. They offered a discount for keeping a damaged item, which is unacceptable for a broken oven door. Now, I have to wait for a service person, which has left me without a stove for six days.
I wouldn’t even rate the company with one star. I ordered a fridge, and after several delays, I was yelled at by an associate when I inquired about the order. They canceled my order without informing me and failed to refund me, while also overcharging me.
I've generally had positive experiences with this company, but recently, they delivered the wrong TV, one of lesser quality. Despite contacting customer service immediately, they were unhelpful and left my family without a functional TV. I felt there should have been compensation for the inconvenience. The lack of accountability from both the store and customer service is unacceptable.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store and their third-party repair company. After purchasing a gas range that arrived damaged, I reported it promptly but received no updates for months. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely unprofessional.
Two delivery men blocked access to the laundry room and were extremely rude when I asked to pass. Their behavior was unacceptable, and if this is the standard of the company, I won’t be purchasing from them again. They clearly do not value customer service.
The tracking information for my delivery was malfunctioning, causing the truck to arrive two hours early without notice. The website claimed that the delivery team would install the TV's base legs, but that was not the case. They refused to help. Even after offering a tip, the delivery team struggled with the installation and handled the TV roughly. This experience left my wife and me upset, and we now doubt the quality of service from the company.
