If you want to deal with a salesperson and store that offers very unprofessional service then The Brick in Canmore is the store for you! They do not deliver when they say they will and they do not provide installation services they say they will. But somehow it all seems to be the customers fault and responsibility. I would not recommend you deal with this store at all. You would be much better off dealing with Home Hardware in Canmore for your appliance purchase, they offer very helpful and professional customer service. No lies served up there!
There was promotion going on for free speaker. Even after two months they said we can't promise exect time. There was flyer for free speaker. So, at this store free means you will get it but if they have in stock and when they restock. Even though they had promotion. Customer service said same just wait.

I bought a sectional couch and the foam in the seat cushions is messed up. A technician came out, said someone would contact me within a week — of course, no one ever did. When I called, I was told my file had been closed even though NOTHING was actually fixed. They promised to call me back again… another week went by, still nothing. I called yet again, and now they claim they “don’t see anything” in their system.This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers or the quality of its products. I’ve wasted weeks chasing them just to be ignored. The couch is junk, the service is a joke, and I’ll never buy from them again. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else!
I will like to give them zero start. The sales person uninformed, dishonest who lie and I never see rud manager. First of all don't buy anything from them. Second of all don't trust the sale person please read the invoice payment or their policies.
I bought a sofa from The Brick, and it started tearing on its own in less than 9 months — without any misuse.When I contacted their support, they refused to help, even through the warranty.The staff were also very rude and unprofessional.I expected at least some responsibility and respect for customers, but the whole experience was extremely disappointing.I would never recommend buying from The Brick.
Purchase a sofa bed about 3 weeks ago ,in the area of Woodbridge store the sales person Heather she was outstanding ,she help us no problem ,but for my surprise they call me saying the couch was going to be delate with the delivery , & that's fine afertall, today finally we got the sofa & two delivery guys came one of them came in ,& my husband show him that the sofa was suppost to be going in the bsm, when he saw the way, first thing he said I dont think we can bring the couch downstairs, we going to break your sliling, my husband offer to take the door out ,he said no dont worry about the door but the siling is going to break , so going out on.my porch they trying to get in ,but they said is not going to go ,you have to take pictures from the wall & these & that my daughter started to get the pics down & she damage the wall because they were stick on frames ,I was getting upset ,because it looked like these guys they didn't wanted to do the job Not even trying I suggested to go a little higher they say no , we know our job & so on & so on , now I was trying to tell them that I had couple couches before in the past & they went thrue ok , from Leons & we had no problem ,they didn't wanted to hear me at one point I said you guys didn't even try ,will send it back then as ?? The guy started to pull the couch out from the door, I say that's nice , for last try I mentioned take all the plastic & cardboard, he said nooo we can ,so The brick you have incompetent people for the delivery ,was I upset of course one of them told me Iam a rude person & that is my nature these guys dont know me ,my point is these two guys they didn't even try to come in with the couch, they didn't wanted to go to the basement, short story .Now we are getting our money back ,but never ever again I would deal with the Brick I spend the money with your store a fair delivery I think is fare ,not to deal with rudeness ! I have respect for individuals in general but if they dont like there job & I know is a heavy one just go & do something you like! Only a Big Thank you to Heather 🙏
Buyers Beware buying from the Brick. My mom purchased an electric fire place Sept. 17. It was delivered on Sept. 24. My brother put it together and 3 logs came with it. Two logs are the same on right and we need a left log. My brother went back on September 25 and the lady took the information and ordered a new log and said it would be mailed to the house.  My mom called two weeks later and said they said the part was on order. Then on the third week I went in with my mom and spoke to an assistant manager and they didn’t even have it in the computer that my mom even ordered the part. Meanwhile, my brother and her were there when they ordered it. I said it wasn’t even a month yet Can she just return the fireplace and they said once you open the box it’s non-refundable. 😡 so now this fireplace has been sitting in my mothers room since September 24 and she can’t use it and we’re still waiting for a part that they have no idea where it is and we can’t return it.
