Extremely poor customer service. Dubious policies. You can't return items even if it was delivered damaged. Insurance on product is a scam, they find every reason not honor their commitment. Someone needs to take them to court, fortunately the cost to forego expenses is less than going to court
Nov 25th ‘25, Calgary, AB at 3pm, Delivery of Order for 2 Beds, Paid to Brick Sunridge NE on Nov 18th, ‘25. I purchased a Beauty Rest (queen mattress & boxspring, AND a Serta (queen mattress & boxspring) $2100 Total (NO Sale) The 2 delivery guys brought the plastic wrapped items that they had placed on wet dirty snow outside my front door, into my spotless house, leaving wet dirt on my floors, which were professionally cleaned prior to a recent move in. They banged into newly professionally painted walls, leaving chipped paint, slammed into the edge of a railing resulting in a cut in the material of the Beauty Rest boxspring & pushed (not carried) the Serta mattress along the carpet resulting in a hole due to the chafing! 2 Men? Yet they pushed vs carried? Slammed into walls & railings, causing damage to both bed sets worth $1050 each, a customer’s hard-earned belongings? Blatant disregard & disrespect for consumers! Shameful behavior & work ethic! Their comments were, ‘we know what we’re doing’ (obviously NOT) ‘you can submit a claim’ (for brand NEW items that THEY damaged in the 20ish mins they were in the home) & not an apology? Cavalier Arrogant Attitudes! They were like bulls in a china shop, no thinking before doing, merely leaving damage behind! Unprofessional! Unacceptable! Is The Brick having difficulty finding respectful, decent & mindful employees who actually care about consumers, and their paid for belongings? Cease insulting customers with inferior delivery performance! Hire staff who give a damn about their jobs AND the customers! DO BETTER CALGARY BRICK FLEET/DELIVERY! Smarten Up!
Don’t waste your time calling the the brick they just lie to you. I called about two recliners on sale and they told me to come in and try them. When I got there no such items on the floor had to order them in why don’t they tell you that just all lies

The warranty is such a scam don't ever waste your money. You will lose your warranty if not used. They don't warn you it's about to expire after they already made money off the interest it incurred over the last 5 years. The returns are a complete Joke. Please do your homework before wasting your money. I purchased a chair decide it was too firm took it back 9 days later and they said too bad their is nothing they could do. This is my last time ever stepping foot into any Brick store. They have ruined it for me and everyone I know with not purchase from the brick again. This was a loyal customer, not anymore. Thanks for your shitty service The Brick.
I was expecting a delivery today the delivery driver called me I missed the call he was in front of my building which I saw I the map but the time I call back which was 2 seconds later they was already gone did not even attempt to a text message toLet me now they were outside this is absolutely incompetence.now I had toGo directly to the store only to be told that they cannot come back because they are to busy and they cannot come back next day because the truck is full the is absolutely ridiculous now I am without a bed for a whole week because of a incompetent deliver driver I will never buy anything from the brick again
Great Customer Service. I deal with the Brick stores in Red Deer and Stettler. Both places have excellent customer service and amazing staff. Have purchased many products. Had an issue with a mattress which was replaced within two weeks. Easy process on line to claim against warranty. Recently had issue with a new fridge. Received a settlement discount. Their online chat is amazing and my chat Agents Jeremiah and Rupali were brilliant. Very efficient agents to deal with.
This is my second message to the brick i purchase a washer and dryer from you and its now been 3 years and every time i use my washer i have to fight with it to get it to work thats not right for a customer to go threw that i say shame on the brick for not doing what is right and replaceing the washer all they do is send you a message back but never doing anything about the complante i will never purchase anything ever from the brick and i will tell anyone i can to stay fare away from the brick they dont honor what the sell shame on the brick and all the management this is going back 3 years and i want a new washer
I bought a couch from The Brick on and after only a few months, the cushions started to sag. When a technician came, I was told the couch was missing a cushion from the factory — a manufacturing defect! Instead of replacing it, they said it would just be repaired.I paid for a new, quality couch, not a repaired defective one. The response from customer service has been disappointing, and I want to warn others to inspect their products carefully and confirm warranty coverage before buying.I hope The Brick does the right thing and replaces defective products rather than trying to fix them after the fact.
