Scam - purchased a hardcopy and sent pdf

Purchased a hardcopy and sent pdf. Not responding to any emails so will need to process as chargeback for product purchase not received.

Delivered incorrectly customer service non existence!

I ordered a hardback copy of a book from this company and they sent me a digital version. I have sent 3 emails to ask to refund my order or send a hardback with no reply. They display a phone number on their website to contact them on which is a PREMIUM RATE number but both option 1 & 2 are not answered and you're told to email! beginning to think this is a scam company!

My order never arrived

My order for hardback book has not arrived. I have emailed, but no response. Tried ringing but dodgy answerphone message & then told to email! As others said, think this could be a scam website.
