As I assume like most people I was referred from a friend, I was hesitant as most people would be that there would be hidden costs but they reassured me and they were true to their word... as anything if you want to upgrade or want more photos then there is a extra fees but they have payment options which is good. From beginning to end, was a lovely experience, very calm and relaxed! Thank you for a lovely experience, I will be back again
they made beautiful make up for my wife and hair they provide cold drinks for customers and unbelievable service and the pictures they made were not comparable to others they are literally the best !!!! i would refer anyone to get their family portraits done by broadway bcs they're the best
They are borderline stalking me. I’ve never signed up to any photo shoot or shown interest in this company yet they’ve been calling/hounding on private number for the last 3 weeks. I picked up whilst at work last week. Unhinged company hounding strangers. It’s obviously a massive scam but as they’re on private number you can’t help but check as I always think it’s the hospital calling. Please leave me alone
I had an amazing time getting my hair and makeup done exactly how I asked for it to be done. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The shoot was so much fun. I wanted new acting headshots which is exactly what I got and we added in more fun shots. Got my out of my comfort zone in the best way and the pictures turned out amazing
Had a great experience at Broadway Studios. I came in for a photoshoot and everything went really smoothly. The staff were amazing friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The whole process felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid studio with people who really know what they're doing
Just a heads-up for anyone considering booking one of those "free photoshoot" deals — my recent experience raised a few red flags:📲 Contact List Exploitation: The receptionist asked me to download a third-party app that would access my full contact list. They wanted to cold-call my friends and family about the shoot — and in exchange, I’d get a discount. It felt invasive and really crossed a line.💸 Last-Minute Pressure to Spend: While the shoot was technically free, they wait until the end to reveal how expensive the photo packages are. If you decline, they guilt you — “Why bother with the shoot if you’re not buying any images?”🖼️ Prints Offered — But Lower Quality: They did offer a couple of printed photos as part of the basic package, but the quality isn’t great, and they clearly use that as a tactic to upsell the digital versions.I did manage to walk away with the minimum spend because some of the images were admittedly shot okay, but the experience felt pushy and manipulative.Just be cautious — always ask for full pricing upfront, and think twice before handing over access to your personal contacts.
Came in for a photoshoot with my teenage kids. We had a great time and fun at the photo session. The photographer was very professional and the pictures all looked amazing. It was really hard to choose a few and disregard the rest. Overall it was a fun afternoon out with the kids and a new experience.

I am a 46-year-old man with no interest in this service and do not live in the area. If a business has to rely on cold calling random strangers to drum up business, it's a sign of deeper problems.Upon researching the company, I discovered an overwhelming number of negative reviews spanning several years, many of which describe experiences identical to mine. The complaints highlight troubling patterns of misleading offers, coercive sales tactics, and unethical behavior.
