Came in for a few prints, left with digital copies. Very satisfied with the whole experience; from the MUA who was so gentle and considerate regarding a specific look I wanted. The hair, I couldn’t stop receiving compliments the whole time!!! Amazing. The photographer was an absolute artist, constantly tweaking with the lighting to get the best results. All the staff members, especially Emanuella, was so welcoming.
I found your offer of £25 that include 5 pictures, makeup, hairstyle and £15 return to me very generous. Your staffs were very helpful, warm, caring and talented specially the hairdresser.You offered free beverages and made me feel welcome and comfortable.Your female photographer was genial. She even helped me to iron my dress!Rooms for improvement are concerning the long waiting time to see and to select the photos. The photographer background paper use for photos shooting was damaged at the bottom. This gave a funny expression!Otherwise I spent a wonderful time.
If I could give a -1 review, I would. I attended here with my child a few weeks ago and was good until the discussion of money came up. During viewing the photos, I advised the viewing assistant that the amount he was requesting was out of my budget and I did not expect to spend that amount on the day. He continued to offer the photos, with discounts and extra photos but still I did not feel comfortable to spend this amount of money.In the end after feeling the pressure, he agreed to take bank details to reserve the photos ONLY, until he called me to change them over. We NEVER agreed for payment to be taken from this card. I noticed almost a week later that payment had been taken. I didn’t even have the photos as we didn’t get that far into the discussion as I had not made payment or even agreed to. I contacted the Broadway studios immediately to request the funds are refunded to my account and to not proceed with sending the photos. Since then I have been continuously dismissed, ignored and dealt with ridiculously rude people who have no empathy and don’t care about anything but the money. This is morally wrong! I have requested to speak with the viewing assistant on several occasions and my request has always been dismissed with, he’s not working or he doesn’t speak with outside clients. Well, this is a lie because he tried calling me after the shoot. I even attended the studio as I found I was not getting anywhere via email or over the phone. I am absolutely outraged with how this experience has been handled. It’s a waste of time putting forward a complaint because no matter who you speak with, you’re not listened to and you’re just continuously dismissed. Essentially, you don’t get anywhere. I’ve expressed on several occasions, they have put me in a horrible financial position by withdrawing these funds. No other options have been provided, ie refunding the funds to my account and take payment another way as originally agreed. The lady who always takes my calls is patronising. I am not sure who is lying between her or the viewing assistant regarding the conversation we had on the day. Communication within the company has been poor on their end but I have taken a loss for it. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They are not trustworthy or honest and just come across as money grabbers. I whole heartedly regret attending this studio and do not wish to ever deal with people like this ever again. They have continuously been calling the people I recommended to get them in, they do not take no as an answer. I’m sure they called me 3/4 times a day to book me in. I should’ve taken the hint from there! Do not book here, go to another studio where your concerns are valued and listened to. Avoid here at all all costs!!!
Broadway studios reviewShould’ve checked the reviews before coming. I get a call about how I’ve been referred to attend a free photoshoot in London. I was excited and made my way to London, which, I live in Somerset so it was a proper journey to get there. I’m just going to make some bullet points because it feels easier than a paragraph.- Unless you pay hundreds of pounds for digital versions, your photos are about as good as fridge pictures because they would own the rights to the images so you could get into legal trouble for posting them or using them for anything. - they wanted loads of my contacts as referrals BEFORE I found out how pricey it was going to be. Kind of uncomfortable situation to be in now that the cat’s out of the bag. In fact they roped me in with the name ‘broadway studios’ and by calling me by my first name. Masterminds I swear.- The photos are incredibly mid. The poses I was being suggested to make felt very JC penny and the makeup didn’t compliment my features very well, although I will say the makeup artist was lovely. Same with the photographer. - I was making my upset quite clear to the person showing me my pictures and so they offered me a discount, which, was still a huge stretch for me, and was made to feel like I should be grateful for this generous offer which felt a little gaslighty. - When I mentioned that I had incredible photographer friends and I should’ve just turned to them, they gaslit me by saying things about how unique their photos are etc… which just isn’t true x)- Basically felt really icky and used by the end of it. Really tuned into my fawn response… would not recommend this experience. Preying on weakness like a predator.
From booking to customer service to the shoot, everything was superb! This was my first photo shoot, and it truly boosted my confidence and lifted my spirits. The team was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything worked well for me, and they showed genuine compassion throughout the process. I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely be back soon.
Went with my two daughters and had such an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The photographer and make up artists were fantastic—patient, creative, and really knew how to capture beautiful moments. The whole process was seamless, and we had so much fun together. The final photo will cherish these memories forever- thank you everyone
I arranged this for my mum for her 60th birthday and was a little nervous for what to expect. She had the most lovely day and was incredibly pleased from start to finish.All of the staff were lovely, and imperatively, the whole family felt very relaxed and comfortable, including my stubborn 2 year old son!
We had a really wonderful experience. Our appoint was an early one, so we had the place mainly to ourselves for a while, which was lovely. The makeup artists are very sweet, and Chelsea was great with my hair (I’m a black woman and was wearing a v part kinky wig).My advice is utilise the ‘double your money if you pay in advance’ offer, as the temptation to buy on the day may be too much to resist, and at least if you use the offer, you’ll get more for your money.
