I am extremely happy with both the engine and the service I received. I purchased a Ford Raptor engine and found their pricing to be very competitive compared to every other place I shopped around. The mileage on the engine was also very reasonable for the year of my vehicle.I’ll be honest—I was a bit skeptical at first since this was my first time ever purchasing an engine online. However, after reading through their reviews and learning about the one-year parts warranty and free shipping they offer, I felt confident enough to move forward.I placed my order on a Friday, and first thing Monday morning I received a call from their customer service team to verify my information and walk me through the entire shipping process. They explained that I would receive a tracking number along with details about the freight forwarding company they use, which really put me at ease.During that call, I asked if it was possible to receive pictures of the engine before it shipped. They assured me that wouldn’t be a problem, and by Tuesday I had multiple photos emailed to me, including a 360-degree view of the engine securely packed on a pallet. The engine looked to be in excellent condition—almost brand new—which made me even more confident in my purchase.Shortly after, I received my tracking number from RNL Carriers, and the engine was delivered just three days later. My mechanic installed it using components from my existing engine, since used engines are sold as long block assemblies. I really appreciated their honesty, especially after coming across other websites that falsely advertise used engines as “complete” with all accessories included. Doing my research made it clear that long blocks are the standard.I’ve now been driving my car for over a month, and I couldn’t be happier. The performance and power are excellent, and it feels great to have my vehicle back on the road.I will absolutely be returning in the future and referring this company to all my friends and family. I have full trust and confidence in them. I also want to personally thank John and Marc for their help throughout the entire process—they were fantastic.If I could give 10 stars, I would.

The have a good customer service fast shipping but pay attention to the 1 year warranty it's not a warranty for the used part it a warranty for the parts in the used part you bought so if it has a malfunction they do not replace the transmission they will replace the parts that fail you will still have to pay for the rebuild of the transmission there is no exchange and don't be fooled by the inspection it's only visual they pull one day ship the next it was not inspected and tested it was viewed for damage on the exterior the transmission I received lasted three week before breakdown and to do the warranty is would have to spend another $1500 to have a trans tec pull it break it open find what exactly happened have them give me the report send it to the car part company to get the parts and pay the trans tec another $2500 to rebuild the trans after spending $4000 on the transmission that lasted 3 weeks thats 8 grand I could have bought a brand new one with a 50,000 mile warranty for $6000 if I would have known this about there 1 year warranty thats exactly what I would have done not wasting $4000 on a used transmission to have to 3 weeks latter spend another $4000 on rebuild with the few parts from them and the rest of the worn parts out of pocket I would recommend a company with a full replacement 1 year warranty this company does not do that

Great service! Great warranty

I 100% will continue working with the carpart. Great customer service and shipped on time with tracking information emailed to me. We ordered an Audi engine for our customer unfortunately upon arrival the open pan was broken. We contacted customer service and they asked us to email photos, especially cause we noticed it right at delivery. Once we sent them emails they immediately compensated for the damaged oil pan. It’s great because the car part offers a 1 year parts warranty where most others only offer a 30 day. I just ordered another part for our other customer for a Chevy Traverse who came into our shop with a bad transmission. We told our customer the options of transmissions the car part had and put our order in! Looking forward to doing more and more business with this great company. Appreciate y’all much!

Thank you The Car Part!

I had ordered a transmission and engine for my Nissan Altima. Transaction was smooth. At checkout I guess I forgot to input some information customer service contacted me immediately to confirm some information, once they did the following day I received an email with my tracking. Got both my parts installed my car is running good as new now 3 months later! I was a bit iffy at first because they don't offer labor warranty when I ordered but after my delivery and install I'm happy to say I fully am happy with this company and their service. Especially the free delivery they offer. Do keep in mind though the free delivery only applies to a commercial address. I'm one happy customer and will refer all my boys who need a solid company to work with.
