Literally finding a needle in a haystack. I called about 30 dress stores all over the United States looking for this specific for my daughter bc she knew this was the one! Terry Costa had only one in stock and I was worried about it not fitting. They honored us a three day return if we need it thankfully the dress fit perfect and looks amazing. The staff there was very helpful, kind and easy to work with. I wasn’t sure if getting ground shipping will be the correct shipping option, but they quickly called me and told me that I had selected three day shipping and ground shipping would be faster and still have insurance. They removed the extra charge and it was here in two days.
I purchased a Sherri Hill dress for my daughter for Homecoming. I was surprised that I received it so quickly. The dress was packaged very nicely. The dress is beautiful and my daughter loves it! It fit her perfect. I will definitely purchase from them again.
Thank you Courtney for helping to make my experience at Terri Costa a memorable one. I drove to Dallas from Austin with a couple friends and had the best time. Courtney was so helpful and was there to help with everything! There is a huge selection and I was able to find a couple dresses for both our son's weddings. Thank you Courtney!
In Dallas for volleyball and found Terry Costa through Sheri Hill’s website. So glad we decided to stop in!Beautiful store with tons of dresses. All the staff were so friendly and helpful— and after what seemed like 50 dresses, my daughter found the perfect prom dress. Najwa was amazing; both extremely helpful and patient.We were very happy to learn they could ship the dress to us in Florida so we didn’t need to travel with it. Thank you ladies!
Last Sunday we went to Terry Costa prom dress shopping, and will also be the last time I ever step foot in that store again. As my oldest and her cousin sat in the dressing room I was looking for dresses with my cousin only to return to the dressing room to find out the sales associate had body shamed my daughter. She was removing dresses from her dressing room telling her they won’t fit her. As my daughter tried to explain to her that she can wear multiple different sizes depending on how the dress is made. The sales associate then cut her off mid sentence and said let me finish talking. Needless to say after attempting one more dress we left. I have contacted corporate but have yet to get any response back. The fact that an adult thought it would be ok to talk to a teenager the way she did is unacceptable.
