Unfortunately my order got lost in the post & within minutes of emailing Waheed had offered me the choice of a refund or reorder, I opted for a refund & again in a matter on minutes it was sorted. Other companies could benefit from this Excellent customer service. Thank you again Waheed .
Love their perfumes and recently ordered 2 more. After a little mishap of getting an incorrect size , got in touch with customer service and Waheed solved the issue within minutes. I am waiting for my replacement. Highly recommend this company for good quality perfumes and excellent and fast acting customer service.
For some reason after my purchase I had a recurring order which was obviously a mistake and did not want another order. I got in touch with the customer service team who was very quick at replying and cancelled the order. My refund is already being sorted.Thankyou again to Yassen, very helpful
Amazing again, 2nd time of purchasing and everything was excellent again. Quick delivery, fragrances smelt amazing and lasted the full day and could still smell on my coat the following day. Lots of compliments from people on the smell and low prices. 5*
Very god service and fast delivery although the courier (Evri) weee a bit disappointing as they left the parcel outside of business premises as they came after hours but left anyway - fortunately it was still there the next day.As the for Essence Vault, no issues apart from one of the fragrances didn’t smell as close to its inspired scent as I would have hoped however they have been notified and as I write this( shortly after my email to them) I am awaiting a reply.Other 3 fragrances were great
