I ordered a set of seven earrings along with some pearl earrings and a necklace on Friday, and they arrived on Saturday. The colors are stunning and the quality is excellent. I can’t wait to wear them! I would definitely recommend these as gifts or for personal use.
More than a month has passed, and the item still hasn't been delivered. Communication indicated that tracking would update upon delivery attempt, but that hasn't happened. The delivery service states no attempts have been made. This has ruined my mother's birthday gift, and I wouldn't rely on this company again.

I had a bad experience with customer service. I ordered a 22-inch Cuban necklace but received a 20-inch instead. After contacting them, I was sent another 20-inch. How can a jewellery company confuse the sizes? Their picking and packing staff clearly need better training. I would not recommend.
