Despite their response, no one has reached out to request my bank details for reimbursement, and my emails have been ignored. You have seven days to reimburse me, or I will take legal action. Additionally, when will you deliver the flooring I am owed? There has been no communication about that. This situation remains unresolved, with a significant amount of flooring left unfitted. We are elderly customers.
