Shipping takes longer than expected….

I received my order but it took longer than expected. I did receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info- but when checking the tracking- it was not updated with the expected delivery date.

Go easy on the Zeolite to start with

It's my first time using this product. It was recommended by my daughter. She also recommended that I use the child dose even though I'm 74 years old. I'm glad I did. Just the 1 drop, one spray dosage was too much for my body. I started using a binder and that helped greatly.

I never received my order

I never received my order. I get that it says delivered but my package was lost. It was delivered to the wrong place.Your company refuses to help me out in anyway although it is your responsibility that customers actually receive their order. Just as I have paid you for the items with my hard earned money. I am very disappointed.6/10/25 replyHello, I have already contacted customer service which have been back and fourth with me and all they keep saying is that it says DELIVERED, which I understand, however it was not delivered to ME, I spoke to the mailman as they said whomever delivered it must have delivered it to the wrong address, they told me to go to USPS and I did, at USPS they asked me for all my info and package info, they took my email and told me they'd send me an email stating that THEY lost my package, I never received that email, so then I called them and someone else told me they do not send emails that way so I don't know why the USPS lady told me that her manager would send me that email so that I could send it to touchstone essentials, so that I could get my money back or get a new product sent to me. no one is working with me here. I've had to do all this and still nothing, I am a single mom so that money meant a lot to me as I only work a little to provide for my child and I. you guys make sure that the money gets to you guys safely when customers buy your product but could careless if a customer doesn't receive they package. I feel robbed to be honest.6/11/25 I mentioned that I called the USPS after not receiving that email they said… the lady on the phone told me “ I don’t know who told you that we’ll send an email stating that we lost your package but we don’t do that, we don’t just send emails that way” … they told me I had to go to USPS website to report it lost & go from there. However I have been doing all this wow back and forth AND got my packaged lost AND you guys can’t help me AND you 100% enjoyed my money while I get nothing and now all this.. yes… I am very disappointed
