My first package got lost in the mail. Although the process to get a new one was a bit long (give it 10 days and then reach back out if you still haven't recvd it) When I did contact them that it truly never showed it was super easy, and was reshipped right away. Had it been stressful I probably would have cancelled my subscription.
Lookout! The product was never received, and they stoped responding to my messages… it’s been a month since I made the purchase. This delay costs me money because I’ve rented a US address just to receive it, and send to my country. Due to their delay I’m paying fines, and still - no product!I see the company answers reviewers- I’ve reached you since 2nd of May, repeatedly, several times a week, and I still haven’t got it. And now you’ve stoped responding for almost a week. Fix it in real life please (and don’t just comment here)
Because I have great respect for Dr. Tenpenny, I ordered a bottle of PURE BODY EXTRA with the understanding that I was going to receive $50 off the first bottle. I was charged full price instead and couldn't seem to connect with the company to get the discount. I thought I had made it clear that I just wanted to buy the product at the introductory price to see how effective it was. Needless to say my confidence in the whole affair evaporated. Then I discovered that I was signed up for auto shipments and was angered again. I am not pleased with the service fro the company
