I had a hit and run 6months go while i was in a restaurant the car was in park gear. The passenger front fender was damaged.We reported the claim.we live about an hour away.we drove the car home.all the dash lights blinking.we had no brake lights.the next day the shifter wouldn’t come park.i had the car towed to a garage.the mechanic said because the car was hit while in park it jammed in park he said we could push a screw drive in hole next to shifter we could use it temporary until repaired.

My horse got sick at the beginning of this year and went to a veterinary hospital to get treatment (antibiotics and fluids). Due to her being in the hospital we summitted a claim through insurance to cover her hospital stay. THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING. They claimed that she had a pre-existing condition that made her sick (she's anemic) even though it had nothing to do with why she was there. They checked her blood levels just to get a baseline, but nothing was done about it. After seeing our claim got denied we went to the doctor that treated her to get some clarification and she offered to write to the company to hopefully get some of the very expensive vet bill covered. The doctors also agreed that the company was just looking for a reason to not pay and that they did not treat anything that had to do with her anemia.
After the doctors sent the email explaining, our claim got denied again. Now it was for something completely different and had nothing to do with anything they treated her for. They will look for anything in order not to pay. We had been with this company for years and had not taken a cent of their money AKA OUR MONEY that we pay each year and then when we actually need financial help with the vet bills, they are coming up with reasons that have nothing to do with the treatment. If you have two braincells to rub together you would know that the treatments have nothing to do with what they are claiming was wrong with her. They will not be getting another cent from us, and I wish we didn't waste 100s of dollars each year for absolutely nothing.
(Also) It's not even like we wanted 20,000 dollars from them. It was 5000 coverage in major medical expenses.

THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DURING DAY TIME USA HOURS IS A FOREIGN CALL CENTER TAKING ALL YOUR INFORMATION.
They basically do nothing for you but probably are the cheapest for the company to comply. They immediately push you to do online entry yourself each time you call. They only supply the paperwork that you must take to your doctor after the appointment and you know how hard it is to get to see them again in the ten day window to report back and another trip. When I believe they should be contacting the doctor directly and supplying the paperwork with your name on it and then the doctors would know the rest to fill out since it would have your name on it. It is basically a push off of work without real support.

Disappointing Experience with My Insurance Provider

I obtained a car insurance policy from a provider a couple of years ago, and my initial impression was that this company was much better than others in the industry. However, my views have drastically changed. After being a customer for over two years without any accidents or violations, my liability insurance skyrocketed to over 3,100. It seems the company turned against me, aligning itself with those I consider untrustworthy. In my opinion, they lack integrity, and I hope they face consequences like many other subpar companies. I understand they rely on certain industry reports, but if they wish to remain viable, they should reconsider their associations. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and am now seeking another provider for my policy. This feels like a systematic exploitation for profit that needs to stop.

I've been waiting four weeks for any payment since a new claim analyst took over my case. He continuously requests additional information from my doctors. I have severe knee issues and am nearly wheelchair-bound. It seems he doesn't realize I have bills to cover!

Difficulties in Obtaining a Quote

I attempted to get a quote from this service. Currently, I am paying $3600 annually for full coverage on both of my vehicles, with limits of 100/100/300 and a $500 deductible that includes towing. They gathered a lot of information from me, yet their quote came to $7800 per year. It seems they may not want to provide coverage for those living in California, as the price was excessively high. This experience felt like a waste of time.

After years of coverage, this company abruptly ended my workers' compensation policy. They pressured me during the final audit, which, confusingly, led to a 20% hike in my previous year's policy. My business operates in a low-risk area with few claims. I've never submitted a claim with the company. If Zero Stars Were Possible

If I could give zero stars, I would. After more than a year with them, I switched to a local office. When I called in late April after receiving my binder dated April 15, they claimed to have no record of my call. I’ve been battling them since November because they said they canceled my policy in July. Despite cleaning up my automatic billing, they kept sending bills for a canceled policy along with late fees. Each time I call, I hear the same story about cancellation. I even provided the information they requested, but it was apparently insufficient. I’ve threatened legal action due to their constant harassment and have filed complaints with relevant authorities. I strongly advise steering clear of this company.

Warning: Potential Scam

Warning! This insurance provider makes questionable claims, issues unverifiable checks, and fails to cover medical expenses. After three months without work, I've only received one payment despite numerous phone calls where they lied about sending my payments. Their system never updates to show any payments sent. Conversations are recorded, providing proof of misleading information from their representatives. I've faced challenges cashing checks and have had multiple bank accounts denied for direct deposit. Given other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone in facing issues with this provider. This company needs serious scrutiny. Businesses should avoid them!
