First time shopping with the hifi cat. Checked prices and they are exactly the same as AlieExpress so it's an alternative with same free shipping but I found hifi cat doesn't charge taxes for my country so saved 15% (my country only requires taxes paid for >$1k purchase so this is legal). Otherwise received my Fiio K13 in good time and good condition. Would recommend and buy from them again.
I ordered the moondrop space travel 2 from this site because in my country it was out of stock all over. Was my first time experience ordering something outside the country, the delivery took about 32 days, but the package recieved was well packed, the product itself was a genuine moondrop TWS. Glad i didn't get punked, and great shopping experience! The waiting time alone is painful, but I guess that's part of the deal when ordering something international. 5 stars for service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was not sure whether to order from Hifi cat at the beginning, but when the order got delivered then I realised it is genuine. I double checked the website and enquired about this in multiple social media apps. I truly recommend this website for everyone. Though it is genuine but it also has some flaws. They took so much time to deliver the order and there was no proper update regarding the order. Everytime I emailed them to communicate. My only suggestion is that, please improve communication service in order get connected with you and provide time to time updates to the users so that they don't have to worry or have difficulty in reaching you guys.
