I ordered a light almost 4 weeks ago. No communication to say it was out of stock. 2 weeks later I contacted the company to ask what was happening. I was told yes it was out of stock but they were getting a new delivery within 3-4 days. Still no update or delivery date.
What a fab find! Love, love, love the beautiful lights from the guys at thehouselights.com - we bought the 8 light globe chandelier for our kitchen and it looks amazing. This, I feel, is just the beginning. My picture wouldn’t do it justice, but rest assured the website does. I installed the light with my basic DIY ability no problem. Our light is stunning, really delighted with it. Kristin in customer services was super helpful with quick replies to any emails and helped to get things resolved when EVRI messed up. She arranged for another delivery which we received in 2 days.
I recently purchased an 8-light Sputnik ceiling light from this company, and it is absolutely beautiful. The design looks stunning once installed and the quality is excellent — solid, well-made, and very stylish. Unfortunately, one of the glass bulbs was broken. Even though I was already beyond the 28-day return period, customer service was incredibly helpful and replaced it without any issues. I really appreciate how they stood behind their product and took care of the situation. Great quality, great service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
