If i could give 0 i would, had 2 bookings with them in January and in February they refused to give me a car as i did not had international driving license, but January was everything perfect with that. and by the way while i was still in their office i booked another car with different company, and i mentioned to them, so he said in Spanish to the driver do not stop by that car rental company as they go past to airport, let them get another shuttle and waste their time,( i do understand Spanish) complete wankers, would never recommend anyone to rent a car from this company.
Smooth pick up and return processes. The car was not in great condition in terms of the exterior - 8 scratches/dents and a windscreen chip. However, it was mechanically sound and I had no issues over a 12 day rental period. The staff in the office were friendly and efficient. I would use YourRent (Wheego) again in future, but I would hope for a car in better condition next time.

Total scam, absolutely avoid. Fake reviews on Google (rating 4.2/5), while 1.3/5 rating here. I was asked to pay €300 for extra insurance on arrival which I refused. When returning the vehicle in Malaga, they went on obvious hunt for the tiniest scratch or damage on the car, and obviously found something. I took photos of the car when I picked it up, so I disputed the first scratch they acused me of immediatelly, it was already there before. The second scratch wasnt visible on the photos, because I was picking up the car in the evening and there was barely any light in their garage, so it wasnt visible on the photos. But I am 100% sure I didnt cause it either, it was on a plastic part of the bumper. They immediately charged full excess of €900 on my card and told me they will contact me in 3 days about exact amount to be charged. In 3 days they sent email that it will take 4 weeks to assess the exact amount. They still keep the full €900 illegaly charged to my account. Still not sure how much they will charge me in the end, and if they even return the rest of the excess or not.Super rude behaviour of the staff as well. This is apparently their business model, lure you in with cheap rental price, then either force you to €200-€300 extra insurance fee or rip you off on fake damage claims. Absolutely shady company, avoid them at all cost.
Shocking. Car returned in the same condition it was received. After scrutinising it and wiping with a rag to try and find marks on the vehicle, the guy said it was all fine. I asked if I should sign something to confirm it was all ok. He said no, all is good so nothing needed. 2 weeks later I was told there was damage and they would not return my deposit. Currently going through my card company to recover this. The company register their cars in Poland and use to hire in Spain. I went through a reputable broker so believed I wouldn’t have a problem. So far that has not proved to be the case. Under no circumstances should you use this company. .
On Dec 26, 2025, we came from Lodz to Warsaw airport to pick up a car I had reserved two days earlier, for a budget of 2,148 PLN (511 €) agreed upon in writing. There I was told that my VISA PREMIER card was NOT ACCEPTED because IT DOES NOT CARRY MY FULL FIRST NAME, ONLY MY INITIALS !However, they were willing to accept it if I paid for additional insurance of 1463 PLN (350 €), which, until then, had been presented on the document as OPTIONAL. This option was pointless to me since it was intended to cover risks already covered by my VISA card.Then my wife proposed her VISA card, issued by a Polish bank, with her full first name. Not accepted either, God knows why. To this pressure I had to give in, the alternative being to walk in the night with the guest we were to collect and her luggage. Upon our return in Lodz, after making sure that the refusal of a card for this reason of initials is prohibited by the VISA rules, I asked for a refund of the 1,463 PLN wrongly charged. They offered me 300 PLN. I declined, choosing instead to keep the freedom of warning future victims.In 40 years of renting cars I have never lived such a shocking experience. Are seniors privileged targets for such dishonest people ? Reading on Trustpilot another victim’s - Patrick Palmer - similar testimony « They act as a criminal extortion gang », one understands that this scammer’s method is systematic in the company, among others.Shame on Yourrent !
Return car. Deposit was paid back. After 28 working days getting email with car damages. Next day 1500€ deducted from credit card. 💩 company, do not recommend. I can clearly state that damages made by them, car was returned evening time when was dark. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩especially in Kaunas. Avoid them💩💩💩💩💩
