What a total disappointment! I ordered a blanket featuring our dog's face as a Christmas gift for my husband. When it arrived, it was poorly made. Our dog is an English Bulldog, and the blanket is so small that it hardly covers her. The quality is TERRIBLE. Instead of a cozy blanket, it feels like a chamois meant for drying a car. The edges were folded during printing, leaving wrinkles in the material without any design. Plus, they don't provide refunds. Any service that doesn't back its product with a strong customer satisfaction guarantee is not worth it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a gift for Christmas, and after 13 days, there’s still no information or package. I'm very disappointed with the service. I chose this company because they are local instead of a large retailer. I will be requesting a refund!

I previously left a one-star review, but I'd like to amend that. I received my corrected order today, and it's beautiful. Although I didn’t receive any communication from the company, I'm happy to have my blanket before Christmas. So, I’m now giving it a 4-star rating, with the only issue being the lack of communication.
I was initially worried about spending money on a product from a lesser-known company I saw on social media. However, after ordering on 12/9 and receiving it by 12/16, I’m happy with the quality of the hoodie and the dog photo I submitted looks fantastic. Overall, I'm fully satisfied, and I know my wife will love it this Christmas.
I spent $50 on a blanket for my son for Christmas and was really looking forward to it. However, when I opened it, I found it was the size of a baby blanket. Be mindful of the size! In my opinion, the price is way too high for both the size and quality.
I bought a t-shirt that seemed cute, but the materials are very cheap. It didn’t even last a full day of wear before tearing in three places (and it hadn't even been washed). When I reached out for a refund and to show the damage, they refused, claiming it 'has clearly been stretched,' and offered a 50% discount on my next purchase (as if I’d spend more money on another low-quality item). Very disappointed; not worth the price. Buyer beware.
I must share how, after explaining my dissatisfaction, a representative took the time to read all my emails (which I felt bad sending). The situation seemed grim until she provided a wonderful solution! I'm now grateful and hopeful that my product will arrive as promised.
