I’ve been using Huddle for a few months and find it easy to use, intuitive, and user-friendly. Sometimes I’ve encountered issues with text formatting—it occasionally appears in bold where I don’t need it—but that might be on my end, so I need to look into it further. Overall, it’s a useful tool.

Totally useless platform. I bought into this in good faith ... only to find out that in a simple post, it is not even possible for people to edit a picture once it is posted. The only possibility is to delete the post and recreate it. Come on we are 2025, this is soooo basic and self evident that we overlooked it during the trial period. I will be the first to admit that this should have been checked during the trial period. So tough luck.Result: 1000€ in the waste basket, and that's the moment of truth when true customer service of a company comes to light. One could already have detected it, because NOWHERE a telephone number is mentioned. In these days it may be understandable that an organization does not want to be bombarded with phone calls, but given the reaction this smells like, we take your money and after the trial period, everything is YOUR problem. The reaction of the company is simply horrible, because once they have cashed your money, they think they can fool you with stuff like "it is on the wishlist and because the functionality is not availabe now, it doesn't mean it is never going to be available. It just shows how Huddle treats its "customers". Huddle may be a good platform to you ... just test it thoroughly ... before you commit your euros, dollars. Even though it is still active for a year, just test it at gothaverse.huddlewhatever. This is an actual experience
