If was possible i wanna give them - 1000000 stars
Since 2013 i was a vodafone customer , now it s time to move my business from them , let s see why .
Being business customer payng your bills like any others you expect to be treat well at any time ...not the case on Vodafone , try to make an upgrade on my device you can t do it online or over the phone , you have to go at one of the shops , waisting your time but still going , well getting there you find out that if you want to preorder your new device you have to pay 50 Euro only for preorder ( doesn t sound ok isin t ? ) , then because you are existing customer you cannot benefit for a free device when you SIGN A NEW 2 YEARS CONTRACT LIKE ANY OTHER NEW CUSTOMER , what s wrong here , they try to rub you first of 50 eu for preoder ( and this should be free as doesn t cost anything to preoder ) and then they want 700 euro for the new device just because you are existing customer BUT YOU STILL SIGN A NEW 2 YEARS CONTRACT.
I did contact them again over the phone and the man from the orher end told me that to go back in the shop as i don t have to pay anything but the 50 euro , so i did ( was not enough i was treated disrespectfully and i was embarrassed at first time ) , getting there different sale person better treatment but same result , embarrassed again and leave ( Vodafone Shop located in The Square Tallaght )
Was looking for a phone since my old one was broken. Spoke with Stephen, in the store in pavilion's. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about different phones. We then settled for the one I liked. Happy with the service and the purchase.
Very poor customer service have been waiting for installation since early December. Would not recommend they cancel appointments and re book them weeks later. Will not be dealing with these in future. Very poor.
In general the services are great, they have a working customer service and the pricing is reasonable for both the broadband and mobile services.
My only problem is that the SHG3000 router they provide has a serious design flaw and as a result its performance is extremely poor. Devices not getting IP addresses, intermittent connection issues, all linked to its DHCP service. Unfortunately they replaced it with the same model, which obviously produced the same symptoms. I purchased a TP-Link ER605 instead, which solved all the reliability issues.
I’m sure they know about the issues with their router and to be fair it should have been fixed or they should offer a different device.
Vodafone Blanchardstown is my favorite store and the best customer experience, Daniel gave me the most professional experience in store and fixed all the phone and broadband problems . Thanks for the great experience keep up the great work love Vodafone TV

The representative was fantastic. Extremely helpful and returned my call at the scheduled time to allow me to consider the available options. The entire process was seamless, and I received a great offer on my upgrade. A perfect score for the service. I look forward to working with them again in 24 months for my next upgrade.

The behavior of one of the employees was extremely rude, which is not acceptable. We visited to purchase products, not to be met with such disrespect. This experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location for any inquiries or product purchases.
