I ordered a 5XL jacket for a 6ft 1 male who usually wears 3XL or 4XL for a looser fit. This jacket fits him perfectly! They provided a size chart (which I always find confusing), and there were a few loose threads, but that's common with clothing. Overall, my son loves the jacket so much that he even tried to sleep in it! 😅 Definitely worth the price!
The customer service team is amazing! They are very responsive and helpful. I ordered a Santa suit in October, and the next day, they requested my specific measurements. I chose the 20-day option, and after 25 days, they were still working on it but managed to send it out quickly. One note: they didn't include a hat with this order, but they are working on that.
