Frustrating Experience with Customer Service

To be transparent, this was my first experience with the company, and I regret not doing more research. I specifically asked about trade copying and was assured it was available. After making a mistake in my account choice, I learned that copy trading was not an option, despite initial confirmation. Frustratingly, I received mixed messages from multiple representatives, making it impossible to make informed decisions. This disappointing first experience has left me hesitant to return.

Initial response was a bit defensive and hesitant to solve my issue, but I asked for a higher authority and my issue was quickly resolved. David fixed a mistake I made on my end regarding my accounts, which at first seemed was not going to be solved, but once I reached out to a higher administrator it was very quickly resolved. Took a bit of digging but they came through. Thanks.

Newer firm and they’re continuing to grow.

I decided to give LEGENDS Trading a second chance, thinking maybe they had improved. Big mistake.I tried to take advantage of their 90% discount, but the site removed my discount code right at checkout — and I ended up paying full price for two accounts. These accounts aren’t cheap, and when I contacted support immediately after noticing the issue, they couldn’t have cared less.The response was robotic, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. They made zero effort to resolve what was clearly a system glitch. No understanding, no goodwill, no accountability — just a brick wall of “policy.”They claimed they would escalate the issue but that was a lie and after I followed up, they just sent a link to the policy and nothing else.At this point, it’s clear this company sees its customers as nothing more than dollar signs. They’re not interested in fairness or long-term relationships — only in squeezing every cent they can.If you value your money or your time, do not waste either on this firm. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know — in fact, I’ll actively discourage others from signing up. Maybe they’ll fix their systems someday, but for now, this is an absolute mess of a company.Avoid LEEGNDS Trading. Period.UPDATE (October 20, 2025):After my original review, the CEO of Legends Trading personally reached out to make things right — and I want to acknowledge that. They offered a refund and handled the situation with professionalism and sincerity. I genuinely appreciate that level of accountability and care.It’s clear Legends Trading is still a newer firm with areas to improve, particularly around customer service communication and response time. But it also feels clear they’re listening, learning, and actively working to become better. That matters.I respect the CEO for taking the time to address this directly — it shows character and leadership. I now believe they’re moving in the right direction, and I’m rooting for them to continue improving and growing stronger as a firm.I’m rooting for them and plan on working with them in the future as I have had high hopes for them. Room for improvement but they seem to be on the right track

Ridiculous trading rules

This company is ridiculous with their trading rules. Once getting to a funded (Master acct) for a $100K acct a trader is only allowed $900 per day in gains. When you make that, it's approx $18,000 per month but a trader can only request a $2500 payout twice per month. BUT, to get a payout request approved, a trader has to trade for 10 days before requesting a payout. Do the math, $900 per day with a limit of $5000 withdrawal, a trader can do that is 6 - 7 days BUT they want me to put gains at risk to trade more days before I get paid. I asked when does a trader get the rest of their money made in a funded account, they wouldn't answer the question directly. So as a trader, I have to trade 10 days before I can get approved for a payout and any gains beyond the $5000 allowed to be withdrawn, they wouldn't tell me when I can get that money. They said I can request it on the next payout schedule, but I have to trade another 10 days to get approved, so a Day Trader will NEVER get all of their gains in these funded accounts with their RIDICULOUS trading rules. DON'T waste your money.

They heard me and solved the problem

I bought this prop trading account in hopes to participate in the BDH trading contest. I live in Lithuania and my name, as you may know, contains non-latin characters like "š" and "č". I have multiple trading/banking/investment accounts in US-based prop firms and those that don't allow non-latin characters, do not even allow to input them, so I have to substitute my real name. This was not the case, they let me to input my real name with non-latin characters.However, when I wanted to trade, I first needed to sign agreements with Tradovate company, and due to numerous errors using different browsers on PC (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) and mobile Chrome, I contacted their support.I was serviced by 4 different agents, and the last one, Kareem, contacted his management and came back with a solution: I have to sign up under different email and they would provide me another account at their expense. But after I accepted this solution and created another account, support agent backed off, saying that it was a mistake on my part (again, their system allowed to enter my real name with non-Latin characters, so why it's a mistake to put a real name?). I asked for a refund right away. He declined.I told them that if they value customer less than $39, and then introduced him to my course of action: file a chargeback, write detailed 1 star review on Trust Pilot and message on X tagging the company and their CEO. He said "there's nothing he can do". So. I was scammed of $39, as I clearly cannot use their service and not even try to use due to the technical glitch, and since they said "there's nothing we can do".UPDATE: After I posted this review here and on X platform, tagging their CEO, he reacted immediately and instructed his team to take care of it. End result - after 24 hours of frustration and back and forth with support team and missing 1/5 days of the contest, I am finally able to participate in it.So even if we started on a wrong foot, I am happy that they accepted responsibility to correct the course.
