I had terrible service at Legends. I was attended to by the employee Kareen who did not solve my problem and even treated me very badly. Terrible service. I do not recommend it to anyone. I won an account in a raffle but I can't get my prize.
I’ve been with Legends Trading for a while now, and I can confidently say they are one of the best proprietary trading firms I have ever worked with. Everything from funding to customer support to platform reliability has been smooth and professional.
I bought a 50k account with TheLegendsTrading. I forgot to add the promocode, but the main issue here was an error at checkout and the Tradovate account was never produced. I did buy a second with the promo code. Unfortunately, did not trade this second account as well as I normally do and blew it. I cancelled both subscriptions and reached out to support.Support said the following things which would have me recommend to traders to stay away from TheLegendsTrading.1) They did not offer a partial refund for forgetting to apply the PromoCode. Other prop firms do offer this, so are objectively better in this regard.2) After explaining to support. (This took a while). They never fulfilled one of my two orders. So I paid for two, and only got one.3)After much struggle with support. I finally got them to see that only 1 Tradovate account was produced. And after a lot of toing and froing, they denied my refund request. Again, other prop firms have offered this, so again are objectively better in this regard.They did offer a free reset code, but I would have to pay for a third account. Meaning, it is not really free at all, as I paid for two accounts prior and got one. And for a so called "free" reset, after getting ripped off, I would have to buy a third account.They said this was due to policies.Does their policy read: "Buy Two. Get One. Buy Another One. Get One Free!" LOL. TheLegendsTrading is a joke. I do not see a lot of reviews here. I now know 100% why they are not very popular. And I hope for the sake of futures traders around the world, they never become popular.Save your money and do not trade here. If you are a prop firm trader, stick with the Big Three and newer firms with a better reputation.I think they are a little tight with money, due to low sales. But their service is appalling.Terrible Experience. Would give zero stars if possible.
