The Post Code wrote wrong, even I wrote to them from day one to correct it? The logstic delivered the parcel to wrong address! The photo of parcel is not for my home! The logstic new my address! Why not to check the photo is not for my address by sending one of their staff, especially the photo for outside door! My house door is white, and the photo they provided show the door colour is grey? Very simple! Instead of to chased me by tens of emails, just to not refund my money?
Bought white trousers from lupi and when they arrived they were grey. Have had many emails from them and they wanted photos etc they are now offering me a 10 percent refund if I keep the trousers not impressed. Told them I want a full refund and asked them to send the return labels. One again they are fobbing me off. Wld never deal with them again !!!ordered in January still emails going on.

So I emailed them and told them the problem. They emailed me back and said “We will send you a replacement, and don’t send the others back just keep them”. But I said I really don’t want another pair, for not only were they too short, but also uncomfortable at the instep, so I would like a refund, and I'll send the shoes back.An address for the returns was emailed to me but when I took it to the Post Office and asked how much? The price they quoted was going to cost half of the price of the shoes.I then decided to opt for their first offer of me keeping the shoes and for them to send me a larger size 15UK. The shoes arrived and when I tried them on they were still too short. So now I have two pair of shoes that are no use to me and out £45. Their stated UK sizes are away out. The 14 would be about a 12 and the 15 a 13.Now they don’t want to know me. Their last two emails were of the same content and I quote “Hello! How are you?The exchange was carried out as requested, therefore it will not be possible to fulfill your request.Sincerely, Lupi”Not a good company to deal with!The date I put is their last email to me.Regards Ernest Tuff

If I could give 0 for these Bamboo Fibre Boxer Shorts I would! They're jointly branded The Lupi and Rizi but the same bunch. The 45 day money back guarantee can't be found but a much shorter one in the hidden small print and from a practical viewpoint worthless because of the return postage cost. The promotion that the reviews are 'Excellent 4.7' and '74,810+ Customers' are nowhere to be found on line, just the Trustpilot complaints here. The so called high quality is not and is very poor. The 1st pair split at the seam before the day was out. The fit is not 'perfect' but poor and very skimpy. The waist band uncomfortably curls over. They're nothing like the marketing which on closer examination I now see shows different types of construction especially the stitching.

Ordered a size S, but XL was received. Contacted customer services who said that I would have to pay the return postage to China, even though they sent the wrong size!!! The postage cost would be approximately the same price as the item bought! Customer service was shocking and would never buy from them again. Complete con!
