NEVER EVER order an item from this company. THey are a scam company, delivering goods that misrepresent the articles that they advertise online. The Richard Mens Jacket I ordered was advertised as "Premium Quality, satisfaction guaranteed, representing masterful craftmanship," etc. 'beautifully packed and boxed'...... In reality this is an extremely badly manufactured product, made with cheap metallic fabric and sent directly from China in a cheap plastic bag and, ...with no returns address. Despite my countless emails requesting a returns address/ label, none has been supplied. Keep well clear to prevent being duped as I was.

I bought mens shoes on the 13th of November, 2025, they were described as premium, made of genuine leather. What I received was a pair of chemically smelled shoes that arrived from China in a plastic bag, without any sign showing what they were made from and where. I immediately realized that it was a scam. At the moment I am trying to get from them return QR and a return address.

Got a pair of trousers that bear no resemblance to the ones advertised both on their site and TikTok. When asked to return their reply was negative since according to them the product was the same with the advertised one which is far from true. They simply went on refusing it by repeating the same excuse on and on again.
