First class service from Dharam and the team throughout the entire process from their recommendations and help with finding the best resort in the Maldives to suit my requirements, to arranging a payment plan that was manageable and reasonable. Had a fabulous break in Dubai thanks Urvi. From the first call, Urvi was tentative and listened to my requests and concerns. She came back with recommendations for Double Tree Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah and then Raddison Blu Deira Creek.Urvi also gave suggestions for sights to see and things to do.The Double Tree Hilton was a perfect resort and exceeded our expectations. Thoroughly enjoyable break in Mauritius with The Luxury Travel Club.We used Urvi who recommended resorts and after a few emails back and forth we booked Constance in Belle Mare.Junior suite beachfront are perfect and the All Inclusive upgrade was also worth every penny.Our first All Incl experience outside Europe.Transfers were spot on and your local excursion company were helpful and friendly.Urvi, a great job.Thks
Just returned from 6 nights at Le Royal Meridien in Dubai. The entire booking process was so easy and seamless. We were recommended several options at great prices but went with half board at Le Royal Meridien- special thank you to Urvi and Didi for making it so easy and sorting every aspect of the trip for us, including transfers, early check in and restaurant bookings. Vish, Didi and Magda have been an incredible team for us. After booking a much needed holiday through them, Covid spiked and a personal Family situation meant I needed to change my booking. Not only were the team able to support my request, but they also managed to obtain a refund from the hotel (through their strong relationship - which they didn't need to do since Covid Policy hadn't prevented me from travelling) and gave me a credit note which was redeemable within 2 years.I couldn't have been more appreciative since I expected to lose at least some of my money as the decision to change was purely discretionary. Their attentive support and friendly demeanour meant so much to me during a very difficult time and I wasn't made to feel a nuisance at all.A year on, we were finally able to use the credit note to actually book and enjoy our holiday and every aspect of the experience has been seamless. I booked a holiday through Hannah recently and the process couldn’t have been any smoother. Had a fabulous holiday at Varu by Atmosphere Maldives in late October this year. A great all-inclusive package and really friendly staff.Dharam and his team at The Luxury Travel Club are always so knowledgeable and their advice was invaluable in making our holiday truly memorable. I would strongly recommend picking up the phone to them, as wherever you want to go they seem to have a forensic knowledge of the resort and facilities. I have used many travel agents over the years but they are so professional I will now go nowhere else.
