Still think they're a SCAM!

I've had a reply to a recent review of the (not so) Magic5 apologising which was nice...it then went on to ask me to send my order number but as you cannot reply to a reply this makes it a little difficult..I could email but my previous 5 emails have been completely ignored..or I could phone them...(they don't answer the phone)..Still say it's a scam and their reply just compounds my thoughts!

The best fitting goggles and most important leak proof

I was able to use the same scan from three years ago as it was a perfect fit and still is 100% leak proof and irritation free. Very efficient postage and communication.

For over 2 months I have been waiting…

For over 2 months I have been waiting for the delivery of the Googles. Customer service is no help and doesn’t even reply anymore. Worst decision to buy THEMAGIC5. Order: 229745

Tight fit.

These are the first goggles that keep water in the pool. The fit is very good, obviously. When doing longer distance (say +3 km), the edge could be a tad wider for even better comfort. All in all, at the moment the best choice in the market.

These goggles have the best visibility

These goggles have the best visibility! First goggles that actually fit me that are not open water style goggles. Customer service is also amazing. I didn’t have my goggles quite right, I had to wear them quite tight so it wouldn’t leak. I contacted customer service who is so responsive and will make sure the goggles fit as they should.
