I have gotten timely and personal responses every single time I have reached out; communication has been top notch! My 3D scan for my three pairs of goggles initially wasn't what I had hoped for, but communication and expectations for replacing were fire! New pairs work great and in terms of customer service, I would call Niklas and team the "Dyson" of swim accessories!
I did tons of research on goggles to surprise my husband for his bday. He was quite frustrated at not being able to find a great pair of comfortable goggles that didn’t leak or fog with a large nose bridge (in a handsome way☺️) It came down to these & Arena goggles however the Magic 5 were definitely swinging it on the customisation side & although a lot pricier I thought it was worth a try. Happy to say husband is really happy with his googles and has had numerous mostly leak free & anti fog excellent fit swims. I tried them briefly & although not fit to my face I could see the quality was brilliant so am tempted to buy a pair for myself. Docking a star as the app is a bit confusing & under designed considering the price point & the whole customise sales pitch. The first scan didn’t go through & matched up to the wrong pair of goggles but after a back & forth with customer service (which was helpful) it linked to the correct order & they arrived in about a week or so after the facial scan. Also there is no gifting option so all emails etc are addressed to me which I’d then forward to him to see goggle info so that would be great if a gifting details option was included. All in all after reading tons of reviews and Reddit articles by swimmers I can recommend the magic 5 as a worthy investment if standard goggles just aren’t cutting it. Fix the app & it will be a 5 star service. - ok updated, Sadly not long after my husband used his goggles for the first time the nose bridge broke (it's slim plastic) and he found the sharp edge of the googles would occasionally stick into his nose which was uncomfortable. When reaching out to customer service they weren't overly friendly and just sent out a new packet of nose bridges (as they are detachable for sizes on the goggles) Overall he thinks they are good however and better than others he's had but still doesn't feel like they are a perfect fit as advertised and by their USP. So if you've struggled with other goggles it's probably worth a punt but think overall they could be better for the price.
i bought bundle of googles. after every use, which is few (less then 10 uses), i rinse them with tap water. i never touched inside of googles and they all started to fog like crazy...antifog didn’t last even a month nor on clear, blue or mirror googles. i had hopes becouse first use was really good, but now all three googles fog and blue one does started to leak.and i only swim 1 per week max two times per week.
