The entire process was smooth and easy. This is my fourth pair from Magic5! They kept me informed as to the status of my order, and when it was shipped and delivered. These are the best swim goggles I've ever had. They fit perfectly, and they don't leak.
The googles work great, I've already put over 20 hours of swim time into them still no leaks. They did start fogging up after a couple of uses. I expected that to happen with high usage. I just spray them with anti fog before each use. Best fit and very hydrodynamic.
Gutted to not have had the same experience as others. I received my order 11th April and unfortunately they snapped on first wear. Contacted them and they said they would replace. Almost a month later and I haven’t received my replacement. Feeling robbed of a lot of money (for a pair of goggles).
I only gave 4 as a rating not 5 because it took me a few goes at getting the length of the straps right. But I got there in the end and give 5 as my rating when swimming with the magic goggles. They are very comfortable to wear. Very light and not tight around my eyes.
