My 13 year old son’s limited edition white with silver mirror goggles had one of the sides come apart due to wear and tear. He is in the pool 6 days a week (not including meet weeks) and will even have 2 a day practices at times. The white matched our team colors and cap perfectly and he was disappointed when showing me what happened when putting them on. We typically keep 5-6 pair of Magic5 goggles on hand because he will rotate his practice goggles during non meet weeks and will come home and rinse them after practice. We sent in a warranty email and immediately received a response and the willingness to send a replacement of pair but of the Black since white was no longer in stock. The customer service was fantastic and Magis5 are definitely worth the 5 stars and expense.
Everything went smooth and nice and the product feels very solid. The emails with product tips is also very nice. Unfortunately I do have some leakage in both my glasses. It is not constant and after clearing it most of the times goes away.
Love the look and technology. Scanning the face was easy - wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’ve been in the pool now a few times, with no leakage, the googles sit nicely without pressure on the eyes. The clarity of vision is awesome too.. highly recommended!!
