Received after 3 months a product looking totaly different , of very poor quality(I would not spend 10$ on that product , instead of 150 website price). After a month of messages, I received a 50% refound and appologies. Stay away in my opinion.
This website might be a SCAM. I've ordered a Tekken 8 Reina Jacket on their website around Dec 9, 2023. The website seemed straightforward (also did some research before placing my order to confirm that it seemed legit). Upon confirming my order, I have waited almost a month for my order, the website states that my order is still "processing," and the website claims that once the order has shipped, I will get a notification for tracking. Yet, my order has been "processing" since. Leaving me to conclude if the jacket I have ordered was not in stock but falsely advertised that it was, or the money spent was just gone in a snap.Also, I have contacted their customer support twice, they responded that they will contact the concerned department and get back to me asap, but they have been quiet ever since.I advise anyone to not use this website.
I ordered the famous cruella coat from this website for my halloween party, and im so happy with my purchase. Their measurements are accurate, and I got this coat in suitable fittings. Order arrival was a bit late but can be ignored because the quality was outclassed. Im so excited to wear this sassy coat on halloween.
I ordered this jacket the beginning of December as a Christmas gift and paid $15 for expedited shipping to ensure I would receive it in time. It was not shipped out in the time frame it was supposed to, so I reached out to the company and was told they would issue a receipt for a refund for my shipping cost. Never received that back. So, I luckily received my order the 23rd of December & the jacket was too small, despite going by the measurements given on the website. I contacted them and was told if I paid an additional $50, I would be sent an additional jacket in the XL size I needed and be able to keep the Large jacket that was too small instead of going through the process of an exchange. I paid the $50, received the new order a while after, and was sent a 2XL instead of an XL as requested. Now I have paid over $200 and have one jacket that is too small and one that is too big. I was emailed by Stacy wanting to know how my experience was, and I was polite in letting her know that I was not pleased and gave her the full story of my situation. She asked for pictures of the 2XL jacket that I received as the replacement, and I sent them immediately. She told me she would get back with me as soon as possible regarding my complaint. It has been over three weeks and I haven’t received another response from her or anyone else regarding my complaint. I reached out a couple of days ago asking if there were any updates. Still have not heard anything back and I seriously doubt that I will. Very disappointed.
I ordered the Amy Fleming Jacket from Heartland. From the time I ordered it till I received it, it has been a very pleasant experience. When my order was received Dana Brooks contacted me about the size I had ordered. I had ordered an XL and she wanted to know if I had looked at the size chart? I had not, I normally order a L and thought the XL would be fine, but after reviewing the chart I realized I needed a 2XL. I was glad she had brought that to my attention. I had emailed a few times about when the order would be sent and a reply came promptly. My jacket came, it fits perfectly, thanks to Dana. I absolutely love it. I reached out again because the washing instructions were confusing and as before Dana replied right away apologizing and giving me the correct information. I was so happy with the whole experience and the attention to detail.
I ordered a jacket on 12/13 for a Christmas present for my daughter and I received a confirmation of the order. However I have not heard another word even though I have written two letters. Needless to say my daughter never received her jacket for Christmas and still no response to my letter
