Still waiting for my delivery from over a week ago. It’s not great considering they said 1-7 day delivery and they’ve still not got a date planned. Wouldn’t bother again. Can’t move into my house without it.
Spent 2k+ on a corner sofa and chair. Legs missing so had to buy replacements myself! Hands were covered in blisters from the drill holes not drilled properly. End cushion missing piping so have cheap backing material hanging up at end cushion which looks awful! Delivery guy came out and said my sofa was from a 'faulty Batch!!' He said he would get a replacement cushion ordered- not heard a thing since- still waiting 2 months later! Horrendous experience with this company!! Avoid at all cost!!
What an absolute beautiful sofa and matching set delivered by sak and rich that went above and beyond for delivery at 36 weeks pregnant i dreaded ordering and having to unpack a new sofa and i couldn't of asked for better service!! 5* service fast delivery up to date tracking and an absolute beautiful sofa ! So happy !
Just had a right & left cream jumbo cord L shape sofas delivered with footstool, ordering was so easy & straight forward, communication was great, a couple of days before with a call to tell me what day, then half hour before delivery another phone to say they were on their way, delivery men were polite & helpful, all round great experience,
