No Points Awarded Due to System Error, with Bad CS Experience

Spent for more than 45 minutes to fill in a questionnaire, when it came to the last question, the system suddenly got error and freezed there that no points awarded. Sent a complaint message, but the customer service officer only sent back with some insincere robotchat replies, back and forth, without any points compensation or solutions to avoid similar situations, and closed the ticket very soon. Very disappointed, will delete the account.

It makes u start a request then after…

It makes u start a request then after more than 10 minutes it tells u " u where not the person we were looking for" or even if u enter few hours the request arrive it says they have enough

the panel station nut just about survey, but also...

the panel station gives us surveys more often than others, which means more points and more prizes. the surveys given are not boring and not rigid, never encountered problems when filling out surveys. the panel station is not just filling out surveys, but also providing education on how to understand the market.

redemption issues

Before panelstation was good and it rewarded me through PayPal. Lately, this PayPal was taken off and my one redemption hasn't been paid and also its taking a lot of time to review a task. I asked the help center about it and they replied saying its already been paid but I didn't receive anything.
