Review Time
Been a member for over 5 years but I didn't get it... haven't answered any surveys for a week or two already and then I got this email..."As part of our regular platform security checks, your account has been flagged as a security risk. This usually happens when our systems detect unusual activity from an account that doesn’t align with standard platform usage. or any other digital patterns." So I got suspended now. Can;t seem to see what I did wrong. Similar to what I experienced at Rakuten Insights. *sighs* All the time spent answering honestly and then the sudden suspension without any explanation as to what I did wrong. Even the smaller websites' customer service would give us an explanation as to what we did to have our accounts suspended. So disappointing.
I have been a panelist on The Panelstation since the last 6 years. Rewards were credited as promised and the platform was easy to use. I enjoyed participating in bid to win. My experience was good so far until few days ago when my account was suddenly terminated. I put real time, effort, and honest opinions into every survey I completed. I answered carefully and truthfully, because that’s what the platform ask of their users. Having my account suddenly and automatically terminated without warning or explanation felt incredibly unfair and discouraging. It’s upsetting to see hard work and sincerity treated as disposable. I had 20,000 points which were in review, 150,000 coins and 4500 points which I was about to redeem. A company that relies on honest feedback should respect the people providing it. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.
The points earned from completed surveys will pend review for months even years. Just when you are about to make a redemption once the points are made available for redemption, they terminate your account on multiple reasons like accusing you of speeding, making poor quality surveys and even accusing you of making multiple accounts which were never supported by evidence. All the effort and time you put in to earn the points are gone, while they continue using your completed survey to earn profit from their clients from no cost incurred
At First, its okay ive been with panel station since 2018, but starting of 2025, they have a lot of changes, nonsense coins, long time review of points, expiration of points cause by their side of long time review points, it takes a lot of time to receive also for your redeemed reward. About yesterday happened, they change their website design and all, need otp to login, as im trying to login in my registerd mobile im not receiving otp, redeeming reward also only to receive fro your mobile number. so i tried to reach the customer care, the call it carepanel, but this time i think they dont have enough fund to give all the panelist reward so what they did is one technic to remove the panelist and instantly they remove you from their list. baseless accusation they will email you just to avoid you to exposed them on their SCAM,... please people wake up lets report this PANEL STATION Scam hub...
I am writing this to warn fellow panelists about the deceptive practices currently being employed by The Panel Station. Despite spending hours completing surveys, the company has made it nearly impossible to actually redeem earned rewards.I am experiencing several critical issues that indicate this platform is no longer acting in good faith:Point Devaluation: My hard-earned points were converted into "coins" for bidding games without my consent, rather than being available for direct voucher redemption.Perpetual "Review" Status: My points have been "under review" for months. This appears to be a tactic to prevent users from reaching the redemption threshold before the points expire.Redemption Failures: When I finally attempt to cash out, the system fails to send the required OTP, or I am met with technical "error" screens at the final step.Invalid Vouchers: On the rare occasion a redemption goes through, the voucher codes provided (such as for Shoprite and Takealot) are often inactive or invalid.Account Blocking: There is a recurring pattern where accounts are suddenly flagged or blocked immediately after a payout is requested.The Panel Station is happy to take our data but refuses to honor their end of the agreement. I am calling on the company to release my pending rewards immediately. To everyone else: do not waste your time. Your data is valuable, and this company is not paying for it.
