TBS has robbed me of my hard earned points I have accumulated 44k points from 2 yrs of completing surveys and all of sudden the site decided that the points have expired without any prior notice or email notification of such rule!!I found this new rule to be implemented at the beginning of this year (2025) and without notifying their members and converted old accumulated points into useless coins just to steal our earned points!this was once a good survey website but now surveys are very scarce and after stealing my points I wouldn't recommend any body to join here
I am over the top angry. It took me almost a year to get enough points to redeem for a gift card and I looked just today and I have no points! They all expired. I am angry that I took a ton of surveys for nothing to make this company earn money on my responses and give me nothing in return. I feel that we all were cheated and I am turning this company into several different agencies because it is not right that they are making money off of us while we get nothing in return!
I'm booted off 99% of surveys. I have points in review since May 2024, I have been on chat twice about this and promised that in 24 hours it will be resolved, whilst this had been on going I have had 550 points expire so can't even cash out and now after I have to them I will complain to the market research society about their actions they have locked me out of my account! I strongly urge people not to take this lying down, report them , the market research society is there to poce market research companies.
ThePanelstation recently has just turned to be a scam removing my points which are about 65529 turning them to what so called coins 🪙 without even a notice through email or on the website claiming there are upgrading this is just total trash 🗑 why not give notices so that people can be aware and claim their hard earned points instead they chose to scam us the so called coins that they claim you can use to get rewards is just a waste of time,because they are worthless nonsense and you have to bid for it to win them is just so useless i am still in disbelieve after so many years being with them i did not expect such a betrayal they have really taken me for a ride as their fool ❌❌❌🚮🚮🚮🚮
Worst app. And scam app. They are converting hard earned points into coins, which is completely useless. So dont download the panel station application and if u hv in your phone then give 1 star rating at all platform and ban this scam app from your country.
I am very glad to see that i am not the only panelist who has unfortunately been scammed by The Panel station. I have been with them for more than 5yrs and every time something needs to be done, whether its confirming your phone number or getting OTP's for points redemption or receiving points or receiving rewards/vouchers, its as difficult and almost as impossible as pulling blood from a stone. Recently, like a lot of panelists, my points are disappearing with no prior communication and when asked their response is all *#&&****. I work hard for my points with the expectation that i will receive what is promised to me and they are essentially breaking that agreement you get when you first sign up. The fact that it takes them weeks to respond to emails is so unprofessional especially when they can clearly communicate with us by still sending us survey requests. To anyone thinking of signing up, DO NOT. Save you time and look for other panels that wont have you stressing about rewards you clearly deserve for doing the work that they asked you do to. I will definitely be deleting my account with them.
I had 4,605 points, and one morning, I woke up to find my balance had suddenly dropped to zero. Upon inquiry, I was told that my points were converted into worthless coins, supposedly "for my benefit"—a complete lie.This feels like nothing but a deceptive scheme, and I genuinely feel cheated. There’s no transparency or fairness in their system.I’m done wasting my time here—I’m quitting this platform for good
Stole my 10000+ points and converted them into coins without my consent or even an alert/notification. The sheer audacity to do it and justify it as an "upgrade" is characterless. Coins are useless, absolute trash - can only be used for bidding vouchers, no guarantees. Points guaranteed vouchers. At one point even the point system became shady, but I gave em the benefit of doubt and continued but coins are just abysmal. All you have left on this platform is coins - complete 20-30+ surveys to get points that won't be approved in 12 months and then they'll conveniently turn it into coins. They even turned points earned recently into coins. This is how their voucher output goes down, more savings for TPS. They accept the effort from our surveys and get paid by the client, but screw us in the process. No incentive for a user to go on. FRAUD company. Beware before wasting any time. Coins, ye must be joking TPS!!!
