The panel is not to be trusted. You do a survey today and get your points after 4 months or more,their information on the panel are lies and mislead people to join a panel that has very bad result.Your wait for points to be reviewed for about 4 to 6 months, when u redeem ur voucher you should wait another long time so you might spend abt 6months waiting for a 100 voucher. The Panel Station is very bad and I wouldn't advice anyone to join this nonsense
This website have worst customer support. I am unable to redeem my points from last 2 months and i have also send many mails to the team regarding that but they keep on telling me to wait for 2 working days. Instead of solving my problem they keep on telling me same thing again and again. And some of their survey also not give reward when completed. If I send complain about this then also the have the same answer everytime, and do not give points. I hope after reading this review they will try to enhance their customer support.
I’ve had an awful experience with this service. The management is ridiculously slow. Most surveys seem like scams—whenever I try to complete one, I often get instantly disqualified. And if by some miracle I manage to complete a survey, I’m told that the points will be transferred within eight weeks, but it feels more like eight million weeks. In the end, the whole process comes across as fake and dishonest. Definitely not worth the time!
