Converted my 5000 points into shit coins which has no use, those 5000 points were not even 15 days old still got converted into coins which has no other use than bid game, please do not use this scam site unless you want to lose your time
Panel station has removed 4190 points from my account claiming that they have expired, points that were only 3 or 4 months, claiming they are 12 months...they have changed them to coins after my hard effort and waisting my data ,I have been loyal to them since 2017 I think now it's time to stop taking their surveys and I would not recommend anyone to take them
It has one of the shittiest customer support you can Imagine..my points are in review since 3 4 months...when i contacted them regarding this they said there is a glitch and its showing in points in review🤡...literally they wasted my 3 4 months for there crappy glitched website and said that they will be credited with 3 4 days...and today its day 8 still not credited I am leaving this..NOT RECOMMENDING THIS TIME PASS SHITTY WEBSITE
NOT WORTH JOINING!! Very Poor experience, get lots of invites but screened out of loads "for proceeding too fast, not paying attention", only answerred one or two questions?? Redeeming is an absolute hassle, and very poor 350 points =£1!! Complete waste of time for little reward. Company is based in India and want your ID before redemption allowed (BEWARE of sending ID). Reponses to questions are responded but not very well, broken sentences with poor replies. Will be deleting my account!
It is Extremly true that this site is taking so long time for each and every thing but my experience over here is the worst and waste of time first I got fake survays second i wait so long to get points third i wait to approve that fourth i wait for reedem that fifth i wait for option to link mobile which is not working sisth i wait for soving the session expired error ,,,,so guys if you think your time is valuable don't go with this platform and if you are using it just remove it.....total fake and playing with people's feelin and time..
Well after finally getting enough surveys approved other than they ones that the vendors just ignore and been sitting their pending for 45 days I suspect they'll get trashed with my account. Now that every vendor reviewed every damn question and answer now the site is going to go redundantly do the same thing and it's said 30-45 days for payout. What a joke I'll go back to the site that takes me less than a day and pays out when you hit redeem. Wow and I had faith guess I should have done my research. Go look for better options they're out there this is NOT one of them! Here it is 3rd month I'm still waiting for one 5 dollar payout because they won't send them to your account only allow you to redeem it after 6-8 weeks they're probably making 10x what they're paying!💯💯💯💯
I took a survey last jan 4 and jan 7, after sending a lot of email no one of their cs are able to fix the issue regarding my pending points and now they are not able to fix my missing pending points for 300( which is one of my pending points in reviews) I have had been hearing the same response from them that their team has been working on it for over 4months from my 3 email complain. . Now no one is able to response for over a week already.. look like they keep playing the same trick over and over again. Survey completed will remain pending and will disappear on dashboard pending points after 6 or a year of unresponsible team they have to work on their job as cs of their company.. beware on this website is no longer legit but keep cheating every panelist in their website
