Updated review - Original Left for transparency. After a rocky start this company reached out to me, they were very apologetic and sincerely sorry for the delays that'd happened. They'd offered a replacement for my order, anything I chose. After I'd chosen they reached out once again to confirm when it was dispatched and yesterday send another email to ask if it'd arrived yet. The new order arrived today and when I opened it I found a suprise tshirt also added. I've tried out the hoodie today and honestly it's already my absolute favourite hoodie (and I have around 30). Soft, warm, generous hood and thumb holes too. After writing this updated review I'll be sending an email to them to thank them and be looking to place another order very soon. After a disappointing start I can hand on heart say they do care and if you have an issue they'll try to make it right. Origional review below. Awful 'service'Ordered a hoodie 11th September, read that this can take 10-15 working days and that was fine.17 working days after the order I asked for an update on my order to be informed that the item I'd ordered was out of stock, they're awaiting a large restock and I could pick another colour.Enquired when they'd next have available stock for what I'd ordered and they advised this would be early November.Asked for a refund as I wasn't happy to wait 2 months while expressing my dissatisfaction that I wasn't informed about the delay.Received a reply confirming that my refund was processed and would take 2-3 working days.Today is 5 working days since the refund was apparently processed.Emailed to confirm the refund was processed as required and told that this was showing at their end and completed.However the email confirming nothing outstanding at their end was received at 11:56 followed by a PayPal confirmation of the refund at 11:57 today.I would not recommend this company as the communication is really lacking and feel my refund was forgotten and then bushed over instead of being open and admitting this was an honest mistake.I was planning to get my refund and reorder in the future, this is no longer the case and I'll purchase elsewhere.

I love Paper Press and have ordered from them many times. The clothing is always high quality, loads of choices and Geri is so fabulous, nothing is ever too much trouble. I already had one design in a t-shirt and wanted the same but slightly different on a hoodie (paw prints instead of flowers), and she tweaked it for me no issue and the result is perfect.Can’t recommend them highly enough

Ordered from the Halloween collection, but wanted it personalised which was no bother at all for Geri. Received the jumper yesterday and it’s perfect, amazing quality again so I know it will wash and wear as well as my last order… made up with it!
