Meh… not an easy purchase.

Little bit disappointed with communication. My initial email wasn’t answered. Then delivery took forever. When item arrived it wasn’t the same colour as the picture in the website. I actually clarified the colour via chat and the colour was confirmed. All I can think is the photo online was heavily filtered. The size isn’t accurate. I wanted oversized. I’m usually an16/18 so ordered a 22 and it barely went over my head. Checked it on my size 12 partner and it was barely oversized on her. I’m chalking this one up to experience as I wanted it for an weekend away which is coming up and a replacement won’t be here in time.

A brilliant company

Although there were a few postal issues, Geri and the team couldn’t have been nicer. The communication was incredible and I’ll definitely be buying again. The jumpers I bought were also great quality…the colours are the best!
