After a couple of months of use, I can recommend them! My sneakers Creta have a lovely design, nice colours (as you can see on their photos at the website). I use them 8 hours a day working so…confortable! Their Great shopping experience, lovely design, sustainable and good materials, made in Europe, confortable…, in love with barefoot and Brambas experience!

I helped crowdfund Brambas twice but they showed no gratitude. There have clearly been manufacturing issues. When I started wearing them (admittedly a good while later), both heels almost immediately began to disintegrate. Their best offer in terms of compensation was 15% off of my next pair. At least the suggestion that I might buy another pair made me laugh. A completely terrible customer experience otherwise. Shoes need to be able to withstand being worn or you might as well actually go… well… barefoot! Shop elsewhere.
While we had an issue with our initial order, Teo, the customer service representative that I worked with got it all sorted out. He explained the reason for the mix up and kept in touch every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the entire experience.
I’ve had a great experience with the Brambas brand. After some hesitation about my sneaker size, I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and always available to answer all my questions. I finally bought my pair of Brambas and they fit perfectly. Thanks again for this beautiful and sustainable design. I hope more brands will follow their path!
Edit on Sept 9 '25After a few days of posting this review I was approached by Eva, from customer care. She reassured me that they are working on the case and after a week I received a new pair of shoes. Not only that they sent me a new pair but I got to keep my original defect shoes and I think that's a nice gesture from them. They are not totally unusable so I'm planning to use them as well. Because of how responsive they were and they didn't just leave me waiting, I'll change my 2 stars to 5 stars and I'll order a new pair of shoes of a different colour. They are really nice to my feet and in the correct production quality, they are a good option for a daily. I was excited to try Brambas, as their wide shoes seemed perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. I received a faulty pair, which Brambas themselves confirmed, yet after four months, I’m still waiting for the promised replacement. Every time I reach out, I’m told they are “waiting for stock,” but there’s no update or resolution.While I understand stock issues can happen, waiting this long without meaningful communication or alternatives is unacceptable. I hope Brambas improves their customer service and fulfillment process. At this point, I cannot recommend them based on reliability.
