Don’t order from them. It’s been over a month waiting for my order. I ordered way before a concert I was going to. Concert came and gone and I’m still waiting. I’ve been writing to them more than 5 times that I want a refund since I don’t want the perfume anymore cause they’re taking too long. What I get is ‘sorry for the delay’. HELLO!? I want a refund, I don’t care about the perfume anymore. What’s more annoying it’s usually an automatic reply from a machine. Not a human or anyone that try to solve this problem. I’m warning you all. Don’t buy from them

I ordered on the 6th January 2026 and it's now the 10th of Feb 2026.
The address, despite what it's advertising, leads to a storage facility in Parnell.
I've been told there are pre orders and delays and then ignored.
No sooner than I asked for a refund- as the website offers cancelation, than I was told that the perfumes had arrived in country and were about to be dispatched in 2- 3 days. That was 6 days ago.
Clearly, these people are running a thinly disguised scam. Im still waiting, so be warned.
DO NOT trust this company. After ordering perfume for my daughter on the 4th December 2025, I have had 17 emails from them, most with different names calling themselves the Customer Happiness Team! What a joke. The perfume was in stock when I ordered but numerous excuses followed. Offers of a different perfume but no refund even though I had requested one. The last two emails were addressed to my husband's name! Don't know how they found that one out!!

I placed my order on December 4th, and after a month, I have yet to receive any updates. I've sent several emails inquiring about the estimated arrival time, but I've received no response! I was informed once about a delay, but that’s it. Communication has been awful, and I won’t be buying from this seller again. My purchase is still not here.
The perfume took almost twice as long to arrive. Every time I emailed for an updated estimated arrival time, I only received automated replies indicating a delay. Then, a week prior to the expected delivery, I received a message stating that one of the items couldn't be supplied, and I was refunded. This is not convenient if you're hoping to give it as a gift by a specific date.
It has been well over a month since I ordered my items in November, and I still haven't received anything or had any real updates on their status. Just yesterday, I received an email claiming that my order has been shipped, but the tracking link provided is for a different item purchased in October, which was marked as delivered and signed by someone else. This is quite frustrating.
I ordered two perfumes in September; one has finally arrived, but the other is out of stock, which I wasn't informed about during the ordering process. I'm very disappointed, as it was intended as a birthday gift that I ordered a month in advance. In my last email, I requested a refund for both items due to the lack of communication; I only received an update three days later saying one had been shipped. I won't be using this service again. I understand there may be stock issues, but improved communication is essential, and items should be removed from the website if they cannot be fulfilled.

Naturally, I chose the largest option, especially since the price was the best I had seen in a long time. Initially, I was told it was out of stock, but I opted to wait and I'm thrilled to report that my beautiful large bottle arrived yesterday. I'm so happy! Thank you very much. I will definitely be a regular customer.

I was a bit doubtful at first due to the incredibly low prices. Then my pre-order date passed without any updates. Communication channels weren’t working, and I feared I might have been scammed. Eventually, I received an email about a delay, and today my fragrance arrived, brand new and perfect. I’m giving 4 stars because communication needs improvement to reassure customers, especially first-time buyers. I won’t hesitate to shop here again.
