I scheduled a HydraFacial expecting thorough extraction of blackheads and whiteheads, as advertised. Unfortunately, the results were not as expected, with many blackheads and whiteheads still visible afterward. While the staff were friendly, the treatment did not meet my expectations and felt overpriced. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend the HydraFacial.

I booked a WOW facial for myself and my sister, excited for a day of pampering. However, upon arrival, my sister was informed she couldn’t have her facial due to retinol use, which could have been communicated in advance. I was then subjected to a lengthy sales pitch about products without any skin examination, and received negative comments about my skin. The treatment felt rushed and lacked a relaxing atmosphere. I was also given inadequate aftercare information. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
