I ordered my trainers on Thursday, and they arrived by Tuesday. The product quality was excellent and well-packaged. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my inquiry about the return policy. A contact number would definitely help resolve issues more efficiently. Thank you.
I previously reviewed with my dissatisfaction....I got a reply to say the the company accepted that the service was not adequate and as a good will gesture I would get 10 percent off....this was published and public facing....I never received any such good will gesture
