This app is great for anyone who’s remotely interested in sneakers/shoes!The restock monitors are amazing. I personally use it to buy all my pairs, and also sell a lot of pairs too.The low marketplace fees mean buyers get higher payouts and sellers pay lower prices.Highly recommend, taking checking it out before you purchase on any other aftermarket sites!
I can honestly say this company have one of the best customer services I’ve experienced. Issue with the delivery company. I contacted customer services and in less than 24 hours the issue was sorted. They were polite and helpful. 100% recommend.
I had an issue where a duplicate order got placed due to an error on the app, I’d emailed customer services & the most helpful lady - Caitlin, resolved my issue within a couple days. Just needed to send proof of order numbers/details of transactions and they cancelled one, the shoes I did order came practically the next day.
