3/9/24Order travis Scott Canarys mens size 11 Ordered, arrived fairly quick, shoes stink of glue, look fake in general contacted out and i was accused of fraud. Not nice being a new customer and paying nearly £400 for some shoes to then receive fakes and be accused of frauds if its not rectified i shall be taking further myself for being sold counterfeit goods4/9/24Update - was reached out and offered a full refund for the shoes and there doing a internal investigation into it, so hopefully can find out what happened to my legit pair that passed there authentication The person dealing with my issue was indeed helpful and got me my refund and started the process for a investigation I just wish i did receive my authentication pair first, but i understand under mass volumes of shoes you will get some bumps along the way just hope this smooths out and get to the reason of where,why and how i got a fake pair instead of legit
Bought the new J4 White Thunders and they arrived in about 4 days after the official Saturday release! Came in perfect condition, no damages, 100% real and BRAND NEW! Only minor was the box being a bit damaged but let's be real who gives a sh** about a box unless you are reselling a resold pair. Sole Supplier made sure their resellers are legit and these shoes are penggg! Big up sole supplier! Can get yourself a pair that might be sold out and sole supplier will keep you blessed on copping pairs. 🙌🏻
Very Efficient! The fact that I was told about this company and I’ve just been lurking until I came across an incoming J4 White Thunder, in which I saw a seller that I could pre-order from a day before official release and got them perfectly fine and super quick. Did I mention I also received every single update on my order via email until delivery, in a neighbourhood I thought they’d struggle to access?. Superb!
Company is a piece of scamming TRASH.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered and paid £255 for a size 10 of the new Jordan 4 Wet Cements. Not only did they take forever to come. They have creases and marks all over them. Creases to the point you know one of the scummy workers tried them on. I emailed them asking for a returns form so i can exchange for a pair up to shelf quality standards. But they told me no “we dont not offer refunds or exchanges as this is a nike production error and where there is mass production some pair will come out imperfect and we do not hold accountability” absolutely shocking and poor customer service. I know never to buy from your shocking company again. This trash company have now flagged and reported my review as “harmful or illegal content” which means and proves they know they done wrong. This flag was refused by trust pilot as the review is within their guidelines. So Solesupplier have now flagged my review as “Defamatory Content”. What a joke of a company trying to cover their tracks of absolutely poor quality control and customer service.
