The customer service is awesome I was missing a plug to one of my cups and they are sending it to me it should be here on 10/17/25. They sent out somewhere about the 14th. So it was taken care of very fast. I am very happy about that.

I enjoyed the choices

I enjoyed the choices. I just wish I didn’t have to spend $100 for free fright. Even a flat fee for $50 or more was nice in the past. Everything was packaged well and delivered in a timely manner. I will continue to order cups!
