Terrible Experience

We had two delivery drivers at our home yesterday to deliver and install a microwave. They arrived and were incredibly difficult, rude, and disrespectful. They refused to install our microwave, claiming they didn’t have enough time and needed to leave. During our interaction, they became frustrated and spoke in another language, thinking we couldn't understand. We did understand and were offended by their unkind words. There are bilingual people out there! Awful service, unprofessional workers, and a complete waste of time. I hope we never have to deal with this service again.

Absolutely the Worst Delivery Service!

Unbelievably incompetent, unprofessional, and truly TERRIBLE! I had three different pickup dates scheduled, and they didn't show up for any. That means 12 hours of waiting with no communication. Forget about customer service—long hold times and rude representatives. All you get is a promise that someone will contact you in a couple of days, but they don't. You end up wasting more time calling back. Only use this service if you enjoy waiting for them not to show.

Whenever you see that this service is set to deliver an item, just be aware: 1. They likely won't arrive on the initially promised day. 2. Their quality checks are poor, and customer support is lacking.

Held Product Without Communication

The product was held in the local warehouse for a week. There was zero communication from the office staff. I tried to reschedule three times, spending 30 minutes on hold only to be dismissed by an operator. The only one who tried to assist was the driver.

Management Needs to Change

The management of this service should be replaced. Communication with clients is terrible. I rearranged my schedule for the delivery appointment and still didn't receive my order. I could only talk to virtual assistants when tracking my order. I requested a call an hour before delivery, but they texted just three minutes before. My appointment was from 4 pm to 6 pm, and they arrived at 2 pm when I wasn't home. I called the driver—rude and uncooperative.

How Are They Still Operating?

If I could give zero stars, I would. The phone customer service representatives lie, the chat representatives lie, the chatbot lies, and the tracking information is false! They need to be held accountable because this is outrageous! I still don't have my order, and they continue to provide false information about its delivery.

Zero Stars Would Be Better!

I wish I could give zero stars! They called me Monday night to confirm my delivery for Tuesday, stating they would arrive between 10 am and 2 pm. I waited all day, and when I finally called at 4 pm, the prompt directed me to press option 2 for certain purchases. I pressed it, was placed on hold, and then the call dropped. No call, total no-show.

A 0 Star Rating Would Be Ideal

I wish there was a 0 star rating. This service is the worst in communication. They missed the first delivery date and tried to deliver after 10 pm on the next attempt. They rely on automation for customer support and a scheduling process that does not consider whether homeowners are available.

Awful Experience with This Service

This service was contracted to pick up a return item. They sent me an email stating they would contact me within 48 hours to schedule the pickup. That was nine days ago. I've contacted them multiple times to schedule, and each time they promised to get back to me soon, but they never did. Most recently, I spoke with a live agent who scheduled a pickup during a four-hour window, but they never arrived. I chatted with them today, and the agent said she would escalate the issue, promising someone would respond ASAP. We’ll see.
