Buyer beware

I placed my order 2/14/26 and still have not received it or been able to get updates about where my order might be. I have contacted customer support several times with no response. The website leads you to believe this company is in the US but the tracking is in china. Not that it matters because the tracking never updates. I don’t expect I will ever receive the products I ordered. Total scam or just terrible company.

China is the country of origin!

Order placed and tracking number received from China. I will be returning as soon as received. Nowhere on their minimalist website does it state the country of origin. I already canceled my subscription. I only use products from trusted countries and honestly I think this was an ambien purchase.

Order has arrived. I ordered about 3 weeks ago. All seems good. Website hard to navigate but thankfully I kept my original email and could get updates from that. Not sure if they work though.
