Review Time
I've been a member for three years, which is the longest I've been a member at any gym. The staff are fantastic and the gym feels a real community space. Everyone is welcoming and I get so much from the classes. A big shout out to Pele, Wayne, Sky and John who always give me the best gym experience and work so hard to make everyone feel comfortable and motivated.
My daughter and I have taken advantage of the Epic package and the communication and attention to detail since starting has been amazing. Reece goes out his way to let you know he is around for any questions should need be which is reassuring as were very unsure of what to expect as 'beginners'. Amazing experience so far.
Had a membership for a month. Manager said they'd cancel it and WOULDNT chatge the account. I was visiting the country for the month, and only needed one anyway. Imagine my horror when I'm abroad a month later and my account gets charged. I contact them and they say I should've canceled it and they never offered such a thing in the first place, refusing to refund and telling me to just use the membership. A scam and not really worth it.
Énergie Fitness has shown some extremely questionable business practices. Initially, they lure potential franchisees into signing one-sided, unfair agreements. However, once the contract is signed, their attitude towards franchisees drastically changes for the worse.They appear to exploit gyms for every bit of value, with little regard for the long-term success of the business. Current franchisees are reportedly unhappy, and many former franchisees have taken legal action against them. Mismanagement has led to the closure of at least 50 gyms in recent years, and the company has cycled through five CEOs. Even their former finance director, allegedly referred to them as scam artists before leaving the company.If
A very friendly and welcoming gym! I have joined gyms before, but never had the confidence to come on my own, which means my time as a member was often short lived. Energie fitness is different. Staff are all very approachable, helpful and inclusive. I now have the confidence to come to the gym 3 times a week by myself without feeling anxious or intimidated.
The gym has many staff/personal trainers then genuinely want to help you, along with great classes, equipment and a fun atmosphere.
Energie fitness has been a huge stepping stone towards my fitness progression and only after 4 months know I will be a member for a long time coming. Thanks Energie!
The two girls running it are out of this world happy, positive and knowledgeable. So happy to see that SPIN classes are added soon- sssssooo much fun! The gym is never overly busy which makes it easy to navigate around the machinery. Had PT sessions with Sarah and she’s so pro and friendly
